Safety:

Please note our product are not a toy and some have small pieces which  may be a choking hazard, please don't leave child unattended while wearing.

What shipping method do we use?

We ship our products through Australian Post , our preffered method is flat rate shipping $9.50 this comes with a tracking number, although certain products have the option of untracked shipping $4 however this has no tracking number.

 

What if i don't receive my package?

Once we hand over your package to Australia Post it is now their property and we legally hold no responsibility for lost goods. Please call Australia Post with your tracking number and they will assist you. 

 

What are the headbands made from?

All our headbands are made from nylon or cotton making them very soft and stretchy for your little ones.

 

What is the size guide?

Most of our headbands recommended sizing is for newborn right up to 7 years, however please check item description for exact sizing.

How do i care for my product?

We recommend cold hand wash to keep the product in best condition. As our products are nylon we recommend you keep them away from harsh materials such as velcro as this will incur damage to the product.

 

What should I do if the product is faulty?

Please contact us immediately if this happen at babogsbows@gmail.com or through our social media pages instagram preferred. Please note I check and hand pack all products myself so the likely hood of this happening is rare. 

 

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunaltely we don't.
